What type of businesses do you work with?

We work with a wide range of clients, from well-established organisations to start-ups of any size. Our main client base consists of small businesses across varying industries. If you need dependable support without employing additional staff, then we’d love to chat to you.

Which area do you cover?

We are based in Lancashire but the nature of our remote work means that location isn’t an issue. We have clients hundreds of miles away, and some just round the corner! Currently, we only work with UK based businesses.

What is involved in getting started with Admin Fixers?

We begin with an initial discussion to understand your business, priorities, frustrations and goals. From there, we agree the scope of work, timescales, communication methods and expectations before any work begins.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Our ongoing admin support contracts are all rolling month to month and include a notice period should our services no longer be needed. We also offer one-off preset projects and half or full day consultancy packages. Find out more here: What We Do.

Is my data and information secure?

Yes. Data security and confidentiality are taken extremely seriously. All client information is handled securely and in line with UK data protection requirements. We are registered with the ICO [LINK privacy policy? GDPR policy?]

Will you sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement?

Absolutely. We are happy to sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements if required and are accustomed to working with sensitive data. If you have concerns about this, we can discuss it during our initial call.

What happens if something goes wrong?

If an issue arises, it is addressed promptly, transparently and professionally. Any concerns are discussed straight away and corrective action agreed. There are clauses in our contract to cover the rare occasion that something isn’t right with our work.

Are you insured?

Yes. Admin Fixers holds appropriate professional indemnity insurance, proof of which is sent out with our contracts.

How are fees structured?

Fees depend on the type of support required, the complexity of the work and the level of commitment. All costs are agreed in advance with no hidden charges.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. You will always know who is supporting your business and how to contact them.

Can services be scaled up or down?

Yes. We pride ourselves on being flexible to meet our client’s needs. If you find our support is no longer enough and need to increase the agreed hours or scope of work, we can agree this together. We can also scaled back when demands reduce, subject to agreement.
